I’m an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) and an ASCA Level 2 Strength & Conditioning Coach with 15 years of hands-on experience on the gym floor. From directing high-performance athletic strength programs for competitive student-athletes to treating and rehabilitating cases in a clinical setting. I have spent my career at the intersection of sports science, clinical assessment, and real-world strength application.
I founded Thrive Performance Lab to give motivated lifters access to elite, evidence-based movement tracking and bespoke programming without the limitations of geographical borders.
Additionally, I am currently completing postgraduate research at Southern Cross University, investigating advanced data analytics for High Performance Programs in Schools and the impact on student-athlete wellbeing. This research directly informs the design of bespoke mobile health-monitoring applications, allowing us to track real-world athlete recovery, stress architecture, and movement compliance metrics with clinical precision
